BaoViet Bank Approved to Open 3 Branches and 3 Transaction Offices

Accordingly, the central bank allowed BaoViet Bank to open the following 3 branches:
- Quang Trung Branch (Hanoi)
- Quang Ninh Branch (Quang Ninh Province)
- Kien Giang Branch (Kien Giang Province)
The SBV also approved BaoViet Bank’s establishment of 3 transaction offices in in Hai Phong, Da Nang and Can Tho.
BaoViet Bank shall take responsibility for inaugurating those branches and transaction offices and following other procedures in accordance with Circular 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9, 2013 on operational network of commercial banks and relevant regulations.
After 12 months from the date of signing those documents, if BaoViet Bank doesn’t open the approved branches and transaction offices, the documents are no longer valid.
