Feb 15: Central Rate at USD/VND21,873; Up VND12

Today’s central rate for is VND12 higher than the central rate at the end of the week before Lunar New Year holiday (Feb 5) and VND17 lower than the last benchmark rate in 2015 of VND21,890.
With the band of +/-3%, banks can trade USD within the range VND21,217-22,529.
The USD price at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank-VCB) is at VND22,290 and VND22,360 for bid and ask respectively.
