On April 2, 2026, in Hanoi, FiinRatings, FiinGroup, and S&P Global Ratings successfully co-hosted the Vietnam Corporate Bond Market Forum 2026, bringing together senior representatives from key regulators, including the Ministry of Finance, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, the State Audit Office, and the National Assembly’s Economic and Financial Committee, alongside more than 350 corporate leaders and investors from major domestic and international financial institutions. 

Across the discussions, speakers consistently underscored the need for the corporate bond market to shift from “breadth” to “depth” to better meet the growing demand for medium- and long-term capital. Enhancing transparency, strengthening data and pricing infrastructure, expanding the institutional investor base, and diversifying issuance products were identified as key priorities to support a more sustainable market and closer alignment with international practices.
