Hanoi, 6th April 2023  

FiinRatings Joint Stock Company is honored to announce the latest update to our Credit Rating Committee members. Accordingly, the following individuals are no longer members of FiinRatings' Credit Rating Committee as of April 06, 2023: 

1. Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan: Ms. Lan joined the Credit Rating Committee on June 8, 2020, and officially ended her tenure on March 31, 2023. The reason for Ms. Lan's departure from FiinRatings' Credit Rating Committee is the expiration of her expert collaboration contract. 

2. Mr. Pham Hai Au: Mr. Au joined the Credit Rating Committee on December 1, 2019, and officially ended his tenure on March 31, 2023. The reason for Mr. Au's departure from FiinRatings' Credit Rating Committee is the expiration of his expert collaboration contract. 

In addition to the advantages of the model and data analysis, the participation of experienced experts in the finance industry who meet the criteria set by the Government according to Decree 88 issued on November 14, 2019, plays a critical role in ensuring operational conditions and providing in-depth and objective evaluations that contribute to the capital market.  

Therefore, FiinRatings has appointed additional members to the Credit Rating Committee who have high professional qualifications and many years of experience in the field of finance as well as many important economic fields to ensure strict compliance with legal regulations and adherence to professional quality standards. As of April 06 2023, the official members of FiinRatings' Credit Rating Committee include: 

1. Mr. Paul Coughlin, Former Global Director of S&P Global Ratings, officially joined FiinRatings on November 19th, 2020. Mr. Coughlin spent 26 years with S&P Global Ratings working in all analytical segments of the businessS based in Australia, Hong Kong, and then Singapore. Since 2015, he has been responsible for all global credit rating activities of S&P 

2. Ms. Prachi Gupta, MMS. Officially joined FiinRatings on June 1st, 2021. Ms. Prachi was a Director of Credit Rating for Financial Institutions at CRISIL (India), a subsidiary of S&P Global Ratings. She is an expert in research and credit rating, with more than 10 years working at CRISIL. Before becoming a member of the Credit Rating Council, Ms. Prachi served as a professional advisor, responsible for project management, leading a team of financial experts to analyze and monitor the rating and actively participating in each of FiinRatings' corporate and financial institution credit rating actions. 

3. Mr. Nguyen Viet Thinh, FCCA, CIA, VACPA, MBA. Officially joined FiinRatings on November 11th, 2021. With 23 years of experience in assurance, corporate governance, risk management and sustainability development, Mr. Thinh is currently Chairman of ACCA Member Advisory Committee, member of VIOD’s Academic Advisory Council, and co-founder of CGS Vietnam. 

4. Mr. Le Xuan Dong, CFA. Officially joined FiinRatings on January 1st, 2021. Currently, he is the Director of Managing Research and Consulting department. Previously, he was Senior Investment Manager at BIDV-Vietnam Partners Investment Management with AUM $100m and Audit Manager at Deloitte Vietnam. 

5. Mr. Khong Van Minh, MBA. Officially joined FiinRatings on June 22nd, 2020. Before working at FiinRatings, Mr. Minh was the Head of Supervisory Board of Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park JSC in Ho Chi Minh City, with 10 years experience working at Jaccar Holdings Fund Management Company and Service Company To Foreign Missions (Fosco). ​ 

6. Mr. Le Hong Khang, Head of Analytics, FiinRatings. Officially joined FiinRatings on December 1st, 2021. Before joining FiinRatings, Mr. Khang worked as Finance Manager at The Open House Company. Additionally, he was a Senior Auditor at KPMG Vietnam and Finance Manager at Investment Department of TPBank. 

7. Mr. Nguyen Nhat Hoang, CFA, Manager of Corporate Sector Ratings. Officially joined FiinRatings on September 1st, 2022. Before joining FiinRatings, he was a Senior Equity Analyst at FPT Securities covering various sectors including Steel, Cement,… Before that, he was an Auditor at KPMG Vietnam. 

8. Mr. Nguyen Anh Quan, MSc, Manager of Financial Service Ratings. Officially joined FiinRatings on February 1st, 2023. Mr. Quan had working experience at EY New York in the field of Structured Finance and at EY Vietnam in the field of Financial Advisory. Besides, Mr. Quan was in charge of the Capacity Planning department at One Mount Distribution company, a subsidiary of One Mount Group. 

FiinRatings will continue to comprehensively build and develop human resources to become the most trusted domestic credit rating agency in Vietnam, contributing to the transparency and sustainable development of Vietnam’s capital market.
