Mr. Thuan is currently the chairman and CEO of FiinRatings, a local licensed credit rating agency in Vietnam with a technical collaboration partnership with S&P Global Ratings. He is also the chairman of FiinGroup, the majority shareholder of FiinRatings, specializing in financial data analytics, business information, and industry research. Mr. Thuan is a financial specialist with over 24 years of extensive experience in audit/assurance service, investment management, and data analytics. Before founding FiinGroup, Thuan was an Investment Analyst at Vietnam Holding Asset Management Ltd. Before that, he was a manager at Deals Service of PwC in Vietnam and Sydney, Australia. He holds a master’s degree in banking & finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”).

Mr. Do Ngoc Quynh

Board Member and Vice Chairman

Mr. Do Ngoc Quynh is a well-known financial and investment professional in Vietnam with over 27 years of experience in banking and finance.
He is currently General Secretary of Vietnam Bond Market Association (VBMA), the non-profit organization where he was one of the key founding team’s members since 2009. He is also working as an independent director at a number of Vietnamese dynamic enterprises where he advocates for a better corporate governance and transparency in growing such enterprises. Previously, he worked as Deputy General Director at Sovico Group from 2022 to 2023, Chairman of HDCAPITAL Fund Management Company in 2023, Chief Executive Officer at VNDirect Securities from 2020-2022. Before that, he spent 22+ years (from 1997 to 2019) of working in BIDV head office in different positions including credit officer, FX&MM dealer, head of the curr trading dept, CEO of BIDV International Hongkong and head of treasury.

Nguyen Minh Tu, MBA

Mr. Tu is currently a member of the Board of Directors and in charge of the Operations Department of FiinRatings. He is also the Managing Director of FiinGroup's Business Information Department. Before joining FiinGroup in 2017, Mr. Tu was an Investment Manager at TPBank's Investment Banking Division and previously an Audit Senior at KPMG Vietnam. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Foreign Trade University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pisa (Italy)
